No What skills would you bring to the Staff Team? (100 words min): I would bring a knowledgeable , confident and loyal staff member to OGL , i have had experience on other servers being a staff member and would like to pursuit my staff journey in Dark RP on the only server that makes me feel good every time i connect. I would also be trusted with sticky situations if a higher up is not online and can deal with tough cases by myself due to my knowledge of being a staff member on other servers and my knowledge of rules , this would include also being kind to my participants of the sit and be fair in every single way and treat all people the same as each other. I would like to also include that i will always try to make a fair judgement on the way i punish people for their lousy acts on OGL. I am a person that is easy going and would never (EVER) try to ruin any RP on this server , i know the rules in and out and think i would make a difference to the OGL community. I would mostly always be an active staff member when i join the server and i'm not bragging but i have 300 million and just now want to make OGL an even better place to RP! (100 words min): I know the rules left , right and upside down , i am trustworthy and think i would brink a lot more to the table than some people , i am confident and i'm not afraid to speak up in tough situations and would handle any scenario fairly/confidently that may come upon me. Most people think being staff is just so you gain respect of others but it is much more than that for me , yes staff will gain and lose respect but for me it is all about making the server more comfortable and a nice place to RP for the people that join OGL on a daily basis , and making the people of the server feel great every time they come on.
